Preparing for our first conversation
For an initial enquiry, tell us the location in Mallorca, property type and a short description of your wishes. Size, condition, intended use and your approximate budget and timeframe are also helpful. Existing floor plans or photos can be shared during the subsequent discussion. You do not need a finished design to get started.

Can I bring my own property to you?
Yes. Our service is also for owners wishing to redesign an existing property in Mallorca. You do not need to purchase a property through Porta Nova Estates.
How much does renovation in Mallorca cost?
A meaningful estimate depends on condition, size, scope and specification. We therefore do not publish a flat price per square metre. We first discuss your project and budget; services and prices are agreed individually.
Can furnishing be part of the project?
Yes. Furniture, lighting, textiles and decoration can be included in the overall concept. Furnishing is also available as a separate service.
