GOOD TO KNOW
Before our first conversation.
Do I need a finished plan already?
No. An existing property and your initial ideas are enough to get started. Any photos, floor plans and information about the building help with our initial assessment.
Can you plan a project for my own property?
Yes. We develop renovation concepts for properties you bring to us, with visualisation and execution also available.
Do you only handle complete renovations?
We consider the scope of each project individually. This includes targeted changes as well as comprehensive renovations.
Can I commission interiors alone?
Yes. We offer furniture and decoration for individual rooms as well as entire houses and apartments, with no renovation required. Existing favourite pieces can be included in the concept.
Does Porta Nova Estates also offer properties for sale?
We also develop our own property projects for sale. Available listings will appear in the properties section.
